Sarah Ostaszewski is an American ultrarunner with leading results across 100- and 200-mile mountain races. She won the 2023 Cocodona 250 in 72:50:27, placing fourth overall after moving into the lead during the final 20 miles.
In 2024, Ostaszewski won Moab 240 in 76:57:52 and finished fifth overall. That season also included a women’s victory and course record at Cruel Jewel, plus third place at High Lonesome 100.
Ostaszewski has won Ouray 100 twice, in 2023 and 2025. Her 2025 season also brought third at Cocodona and second at Saddles 100, before a 23:01:03 finish at Western States in 2026.
