Martin Stiller emerged as a leading German backyard runner in 2026. In May he won the inaugural GreenLoop Backyard in Nüdlingen after completing 51 yards, or roughly 342 kilometres, through unusually hot conditions.
Three months later he went deeper at Last Soul Ultra 2.0, completing 66 yards and 442.5 kilometres before not starting yard 67. The official timing feed placed him in the final five and marked a 15-yard improvement within three months.
