Nikki Kimball is an American ultrarunner whose career spans major 100-mile trail races, stage racing, and long-distance trail projects. She won the Western States 100 in 2004, 2006, and 2007, placing third overall in 2006 and eighth overall in 2007.
In Europe, Kimball won the 2007 Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc in 25:23:45. She later won the 2014 Marathon des Sables, a seven-day stage race in Morocco, in 29:04:49 and followed that season with a victory at Run Rabbit Run 100.
Kimball also completed Vermont’s Long Trail in 5 days, 7 hours, and 42 minutes in 2012. Fastest Known Time preserves that supported performance as a historical FKT, rather than presenting it as the current route record. In 2018, she placed second among women at Hardrock 100 in 32:18:35.
