David Goggins is an American endurance athlete and author with an ultrarunning record extending back to 2005. His results cover road, trail, timed, winter, and long point-to-point events.
Goggins placed third at the 2007 Badwater 135 in 25:49:40 after finishing fifth one year earlier. Other early highlights include winning the 2007 Ultracentric 48-hour race and the 2008 McNaughton Park 150 Mile.
He returned to prominent 200-mile competition in 2020, placing second at the Moab 240 in 62:21:29. In 2025, at age 50, he completed both the Bigfoot 200 and Moab 240.
