Simen Holvik is a Norwegian ultrarunner whose results combine fixed-time racing, long road events, and extended point-to-point projects. His published race history includes victories from 24 hours through 48 hours and repeated finishes at Spartathlon and Badwater.
At the 2026 Taipei Ultra Marathon, Holvik covered 451.203 kilometers to win the 48-hour race. The result established a Norwegian national record and the current IAU M45 world record.
Holvik won the 2025 Badwater 135 in 21:47:45 after placing second overall and first among men in 2023. He was also runner-up at the 2023 Spartathlon and completed an approximately 2,600-kilometer run from Nordkapp to Lindesnes in 25 days, 15 hours, and 20 minutes in 2021.
