He completed 83 yards, about 556.6 km, and was the last runner standing after Grzegorz Sułek stopped on 82. The official results list him as 51, and his 83 yards beat his previous best by 16. Sitarek was selected At-Large for 67 yards at the 2025 Big Dog’s Backyard Ultra, the individual world championship in Bell Buckle, Tennessee. He finished 31st there after going over the hour on yard 68. Yardlore lists those 67 yards as the Polish record for men aged 50–59. He earned his Bell Buckle start with 63 yards and third place at Poland’s race in the 2024 team championship, behind Pawel Pszczolkowski (67) and Sebastian Sikora (66). His first published backyard win came at Estonia’s Heavy Metal Ultra in August 2024, where he outlasted Ritvars Kalniņš with 42 yards. Yardlore counts 15 backyard starts before the 2026 championship, beginning with second place on 36 yards at Backyard Ultra Polska in 2022.

Before backyard racing, DUV lists mountain and trail ultras in Poland from 2019, including an outright win at the 138 km Beskydy Ultra Trail in 2021 and third place at the 377 km Bieg Kreta Hardcore in 2022. His early results are listed under Polish Runners Club Ireland, and several later DUV entries give Österhaninge in Sweden as his residence. In 2026 he won the Zamieć 24-hour race with 135 km in February and was 27th at Belgium’s Legends Backyard Ultra with 39 yards in April.
