Jack Scott is a British ultrarunner specializing in long, non-stop trail races and extended point-to-point routes. His best-known performances have come on the Pennine Way and other long-distance trails in Britain.
Scott won the full 268-mile Winter Spine Race in 2024 in 72:55:05. The performance cut 10 hours and 17 minutes from Jasmin Paris's previous overall course record and followed Scott's second-place finish, 40 minutes behind Damian Hall, in 2023.
In January 2026, Scott returned to the event series and won the Winter Spine Challenger South in 25:12:00. A significant course diversion reduced the distance, so the result is not classified as a course record.
