Patrycja Bereznowska is a Polish fixed-time and long-distance ultrarunner. Her public result record stretches from world-level 24-hour racing to Spartathlon and 48-hour competition, with championship performances across more than a decade.
At the 2025 GOMU 48-Hour World Championship in Pabianice, Bereznowska ran 436.371 km to win the women’s race and establish the Polish record. She had previously won the 2017 IAU 24-Hour World Championships with 259.991 km and the 2017 Spartathlon in 24:48:18.
Her major victories span fixed-time world championships from 24 to 48 hours as well as the 246 km Athens-to-Sparta route, demonstrating sustained success across distinct ultra formats.
