He won in April 2025 with 57 yards in a field of 204, one yard ahead of Marius Kouakou, and won again in April 2026 with 65 yards from 241 starters, with Evariest Callens taking the assist at 64. Yardlore lists both winning marks as course records at the time.

His best result before the World Team Championship was 71 yards (476.126 km) at the UTLMonteux Ultra Tour du Lac de Monteux Backyard Ultra in October 2025. He placed third behind Christophe Rouat, who won with a French record of 86 yards, and Marius Kouakou, who took the assist with 85. The race was a Silver Ticket event, and the 71 yards put Pierlot fourth on France’s selection list as an at-large pick.

As of 09:04 UTC on 21 October, the organizer’s live results showed Pierlot still running in France’s national race with 93 yards (623.658 km), 22 more than his previous best.
