Mike Egan is an American adaptive endurance athlete and retired U.S. Marine. Guinness World Records recognizes his 245.2 km performance in San Antonio in November 2025 as the greatest distance covered in 24 hours by wheelchair.

In April 2026, Egan completed 27 loops and more than 110 miles at the Go One More Ultra, finishing 27th overall in the last-person-standing field. His competitive record also includes three consecutive silver-medal finishes at the Adaptive CrossFit Games from 2022 through 2024.

His results are presented as competitive achievements in their own right, across wheelchair endurance, last-person-standing racing, and adaptive strength sport.
