Its displayed totals are incomplete and are not final results. This was the third international edition, scheduled from Laya on October 24 to Bumthang on October 28. The updated 2026 segment list names Wangduechhoeling Palace Ground, while an older paragraph still names Chamkhar Sports Arena; the precise finish venue remains unresolved in those sources. There is no open registration: prospective runners contact the race director. On October 12, the organizer's athletes page listed 18 runners, 12 international and 6 from Bhutan.
