- No crew and no pacers. Food, water or help from anyone outside the organization costs a 3-hour penalty, and an IV drip draws a penalty at the medical team’s discretion. Families can stay at Bediya Green Homes at discounted rates, and the organizer offers supporters round-trip transport from Muscat airport for 100 OMR, either to the hotel before the race or to race locations on race days. Family members and coaches need the organizers’ permission to film or photograph the race.
