Plan The Endless Mile
Use the listed edition as your starting point. Each tool keeps imported race facts separate from the targets and assumptions you choose.
This is a past edition. These details are for reference; confirm a future edition before making a plan.
Edition notes: The October 22–25 edition is complete. Official 72-, 48- and 24-hour results are archived below; the 2026 registration deadline and entry rules remain historical information.
- Listed edition
- Oct 22, 2026 – Oct 25, 2026
- Format
- 48-Hour
- Distance
- 72 hr / 48 hr / 24 hr
- Local start time
- 9:00 AM Thursday (72 hours); Friday (48 hours); Saturday (24 hours)
- Duration / cutoff
- 72, 48, or 24 hours depending on entry; all headline races finish Sunday at 9:00 AM
- Crew and pacers
- Crews set up beside the loop and can help every mile. Casual runners may have friends join them for an occasional lap or two, but anyone attempting a state, national or world record must tell the organizer beforehand, because pacing may then be prohibited. Aid-station supplies are reserved for registered runners.
- Drop bags
- No drop bags are needed: runners build personal aid stations beside the loop, often at their cars in the fence-line parking spaces, which fill early. In 2026, 72-hour runners could set up from 3:00 PM on Wednesday, 48-hour runners on Friday morning, and Saturday 24-hour runners after 3:00 PM on Friday. The organizer rents 1–2 person dome tents for $25 and 10x10 pop-up canopies with a table and chair for $40 to 24-, 48- and 72-hour runners, first come, first served.
