The 17th annual FANS ultras were held June 3/4 at Lake Nokomis in Minneapolis. A few hours after the event ended, we uploaded results:

Quick summary: Carolyn Smith took an outright victory, lapping everybody multiple times. This meant that our usual women's division winner, Sue Olsen, did not get a 15th divisional victory. Sue was actually third woman, because of a "Personal WOW" performance by local runner Julie Berg.
Julie ran so much better than before, that as the auditor of scorekeeping I had to double-check my system!

Men's division winner is Kurt Decker, who chose to go the full day this year after concentrating on the 100-mile split in 2005.

The simultaneous 12-hour race was won by Brian Soller and Shelley Tyler.
